Max guides you from one pose to the next, following your breath bringing an inner aliveness into your body, mind and spirit. Max's classes will be more athletic, requiring some stamina and strength. You will build strength and balance through key yoga poses. Unlock your potential.



Level - Spicy เผ็ด ๆ (Phet Phet):
This class requires strength and stamina and is for Yogis with some experience. 
Inversions, balances, core strength and creative sequencing are the hallmarks of these classes. Classes are guaranteed to create some inner heat and some physical challenge.
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio is cooled by fans.
