Yin Yoga is a unique approach that works on releasing tension in the deep layer tissues in the body. By working slowly and with patience, yin yoga poses are typically held for longer periods of time to allow the connective tissues and fascia gently stretch and rehabilitate their flexibility. Yin yoga is known for its therapeutic approach to restore balance. 
A Yin practice complements students who are practicing dynamic yoga to bring balance into the body.
Practiced in an open air studio - fan cooled

These classes are all gentle classes, appropriate for all levels - we apologize this class is not suitable for Prenatal yogis
