This dynamic basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics.
Students are taught to connect basic breath control and internal awareness to physical movement.  
The class will connect the postures practiced over the past week, allowing the practitioner to begin to understand and develop "flows" linking their individual breath to movement - you do not need to attend any of the previous weeks classes to attend this class)
Taught in a safe, fun , comfortable, interactive environment with the possibility of some partner work and drills to build strength.


Level - Medium Spicy เผ็ดปานกลาง (Phet Panklang):
This classes are available to all levels of Yogis - beginners are welcome
We apologize, but  this class is not pre-natal friendly
Expect to build strength and stamina.
Masks are optional for both teachers and practioner in this class 
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.
