WHO IS YOK?
Yok came to yoga during a tough time in her life physically and mentally. The practice helped her find her footing again, and that’s never left her. It’s the reason she teaches.
She creates a space where everyone feels welcome and at home in themselves. No pressure, no judgment just you and your mat.

YOK’S CLASSES WHAT TO EXPECT
Yok teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Slow Vinyasa. Classes move between mobility and gentle depending on the day she follows the room, not a fixed plan.
Teaching Style
Grounded, real, and a little playful. Supportive without pushing. She’s there to guide you, not to set an agenda for your body. You decide how far you go.
Intensity
Mobility to gentle. Come as you are, do what feels right.

Classes can be booked online a maximum of 20 days in advance.
Bookings close 30 min before classes start.
Classes can be cancelled by using the link at the bottom of your email reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time.

No shows and late cancels (less than 2 hours) will be deducted from all passes - please cancel your class if you can’t come
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 class taken from all 5 pass - 10 pass - 20 passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 day from all 30 day and 90 day passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 3 days from all one year passes

We always try our best to make room for drop ins for all our classes.
