Yoga postures are taught so that each pose links to the previous pose, creating a continuous “flow” of movement.
Breathing and meditation techniques in addition to longer holds in a pose may also be taught depending on the teacher or the particular class focus.
Vinyasa is excellent for students who find that movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class.
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.

No Shows and Late Cancels (less than 2 hours) will be deducted from all passes
Classes can be booked online a maximum of 20 days in advance.
Bookings close 30 min before classes start.
Classes can be cancelled by using the link at the bottom of your email reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 class taken from all 5 pass - 10 pass - 20 passes.
But we are a small studio and we can not make the building bigger.
