My name is Nok and I'm a long time yoga practioner turned instructor.
My routine life as an office worker lead me to appreciate the time I spent on my mat deeply.
Tuning inward to re-balance is what we will share, regardless of how diverse our body & mind might seem. We'll lean toward simplicity and functionality rather than a lot of fancy/ flashy stuff.
Heart-warming tunes and somatic movements, bite-size yoga sequences to celebrate grounding, freedom, self expression and acceptance.
The rules are simple: NO rush, NO competition, NO expectation and absolutely ZERO self-doubt.

Vinyasa flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, backbends and maybe even the possibility of inversions.
Level - Medium Spicy เผ็ดปานกลาง (Phet Panklang):
This classes are available to all levels of Yogis - beginners are welcome
We apologize, but this class is not pre-natal friendly
Expect to build strength and stamina.
Masks are optional for both teachers and practioner in this class
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.
