60 Minute - Heart-Opening Hatha with Viorica
In this class, we'll move through a mindful sequence of poses designed to gently open the chest, shoulders, and front body, areas often associated with our heart center. We'll combine steady breath with movement, offering modifications for all levels, so please honor your body and practice at your own pace. This is an invitation to cultivate self-care, self-love, and a deeper sense of openness within.
All donations will go to Home of Grace, a charity that helps women in need.
Reservations
Classes can be booked online a maximum of 14 days in advance.
Classes can be cancelled by using the link at the bottom of your email reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time

No shows and late cancels (less than 2 hours) will be deducted from all passes - please cancel your class if you can’t come
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 class taken from all 5 pass - 10 pass - 20 passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 day from all 30 day and 90 day passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 3 days from all one year passes
