My name is May, please feel welcome to join me for a gentle yoga class blending Hatha and Vinyasa styles, designed to deepen awareness in your inner practice. We'll begin the class with pranayama, mindful breathing, or meditation practice before moving to gentle warm-ups and basic flows. We'll then flow through traditional sun salutations and a series of asanas, with soft transitions, mindful adjustments, and ample space to settle into each pose. This class invites you to connect with the present moment through intentional movement and stillness. Let your breath guide you through a practice that values grace over tension and and awareness over speed. Looking forward to seeing you in class.
