Hi Yogis –
For a balanced yoga practice, we need both Yang and Yin elements.
Yang yoga is the more traditional Hatha based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. But because it is my class, we are often bucking old traditions and creating new ways to think about how we move our bodies. This class is fun, friendly, suitable for any yoga practitioner and may contain functional as well as somatic movement. Beginners are very welcome. Always remember that what is hard for you, may be easy for the person next to you and vise versa. We are all here to learn together.
Please feel welcome to join me on Mondays at 5:30 pm, and Saturdays at 2 pm for the Yin side of this class and then again Thursdays at 9 am for another Yang (Hatha) class
