My name is Chloe and I want to welcome you to my class. We'll start off slowly layering two or three postures one after another, linked together by a Sun Salutation or Vinyasa to create a "Ladder Flow". Over time we will increase the pace and the intensity until we progress to the peak pose of the class. We'll link breath and movement while building strength, poise, and confidence. Get ready to get all sweaty!
