Hi Yogis –
I firmly believe that it is important to take a step back before we transition into any change.
And there has certainly been a lot of change recently.
I hope these yin sequences serve as your permission slip to take 60 minutes for yourself.
Use this time to look back on the joyful times, the broken times, and the times that felt neutral.
Practice gratitude for all of it.
You made it through - you've become a yinster!
May you feel the abundance of love as you come back to your mat and embrace the journey called life – your advanced practice
Allow your body and mind to rest into these poses and find an intention you’d like to set from the day, the month or the year.
This class is air conditioned.
Please feel welcome to bring warm socks and a sweater.
This class is offered to a limited attendance to allow practioners space.
