Let's begin with a grounding meditation to center ourselves and prepare for our practice together. Gradually we'll build a flow, emphasizing awareness and building muscle memory by exploring poses with intention, synchronizing movement with breath to achieve a harmonious flow. We'll conclude the session with Pranayama, leaving you refreshed and revitalized, ready to take on the day or unwind from it.
It doesn't matter where you start emotionally, mentally or physically, my hope is to leave you feeling amazing after our time together.

No Shows and Late Cancels (less than 2 hours) will be deducted from all passes
Classes can be booked online a maximum of 14 days in advance.
Classes can be cancelled by using the link at the bottom of your email reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 class taken from all 5 pass - 10 pass - 20 passes.
