We will move with intention, grace and strength. Cultivating a harmonious connection between our breath and movement. With patience you may find moments of inner stillness even through challenging postures. For me, the practice is about connecting to fluid motion in our bodies as we move together through sequences, cultivated to move every joint and every muscle. During our practice, we will look into our hearts and feel good in our bodies, allowing the tension to slowly seep away.

This class requires strength and stamina and is for Yogis with experience.
Inversions, balances, core strength and creative sequencing are the hallmarks of these classes. Classes are guaranteed to create some inner heat and some physical challenge.
You should have experience with arm balances and headstand for this class.
Expect to build strength and stamina.
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.
