My name is Chloe and I want to welcome you to my class. We'll start off slowly layering two or three postures one after another, linked together by a Sun Salutation or Vinyasa to create a "Ladder Flow". Over time we will increase the pace and the intensity until we progress to the peak pose of the class. We'll link breath and movement while building strength, poise, and confidence. Get ready to get all sweaty!
Level - Spicy เผ็ด ๆ (Phet Phet):
This class requires strength and stamina and is for Yogis with experience.
Inversions, balances, core strength and creative sequencing are the hallmarks of these classes. Classes are guaranteed to create some inner heat and some physical challenge.
You should have experience with arm balances and headstand for this class
Expect to build strength and stamina.
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.
No phones, pictures or recording during class.
