My name is Pear. We will begin our practice together with a simple meditation to calm your mind and body. Postures are set to music in a unique flowing style that will gradually increase in intensity until you are challenging your body's flexibility and strength.
Breathe deeply - focus on your breath and the posture to build compassion, endurance and understanding.


Level - Medium Spicy เผ็ดปานกลาง (Phet Panklang):
This classes are available to all levels of Yogis - beginners are welcome
We apologize, but  this class is not pre-natal friendly
Expect to build strength and stamina.
Masks are optional for both teachers and practioner in this class 
Air conditioning is not used for this class.
Windows are open and studio cooled by fans.
