A chance for some calm and fun family bonding heart opening yoga class. The class is based around the “In My Heart” book sharing the story and naming emotions as well as practising movement and mindfulness. Parents and children will have an opportunity to learn techniques they can use in their everyday lives.” Book your spot today - contact the studio directly
600 THB for 1 adult and 1 child
400 THB for each additional person (maximum 3 children per one adult)
Recommend for age 3 to 7 year olds, but if you do have younger ones please get in touch and we can let you know more about what's involved and if we think it would be suitable for you.
Studio reserves the right to limit class size or cancel class.

Classes can be booked online a maximum of 14 days in advance.
Classes can be cancelled by using the link at the bottom of your email reservation up to 2 hours before the class start time

No shows and late cancels (less than 2 hours) will be deducted from all passes - please cancel your class if you can’t come
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 class taken from all 5 pass - 10 pass - 20 passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 1 day from all 30 day and 90 day passes.
No Shows/late cancels are deducted as 3 days from all one year passes

We can help you manage your bookings.
We always try our best to make room for drop ins for all our classes.
But we are a small studio and we can not make the building bigger.
